Run Club+ 4 Week Mini $98 • 4 visits •

Join us for our Summer Run Club+ session. We will have a four week mini session, training for the August 10th Ninja 1M, 5K, 10K, 15K, & Half Marathon at Vietnam Veterans Park, Concord, NC.

Our 4-week mini session begins July 13th! Group runs will take place Saturday at 8am at Birkdale Greenway.

10-Class Pass $150 • 10 visits • Valid for 10 classes within 6 months.
RUN CLUB+ $190 • 8 visits •

Take your running to the next level with our 8-week guided training program for 5K, 10k of half marathon distance runs. We provide opportunities to learn and improve your running techniques through our detailed training plans, weekly group runs, coaching, and community support. Come run with us, mama!

Body Well 5-Week Mini $219 • 15 visits • Get summer ready with our 5-week session, Bi-weekly small group training nutritional accountability and reach-outs. May 12th- June 13th. T/TH 5:30am-6:30am at Movement Matter Physical Therapy. Session also includes Saturday classes.
Body Well 8 Week Session $300 • 8 visits • 8-week program includes intense nutritional focus, 8 weekly small group training sessions (limited participants) nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, one-on-one personal coaching, community support and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better so you can focus on YOU and succeed in reaching your health & fitness goals.

Our All-Access Membership includes unlimited visits to all our Stroller Classes as well as Body Boost. It also includes access to FIT4MOM Video On Demand with over 100 classes you can do anywhere!

Body Boost® is our MOM ONLY 60-minute, results-based workout designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect to your inner strength. Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family. Improve your health, fitness, and physical strength while experiencing a personal transformation.
